Dr Victor SL Tan

Dr. Victor S.L. Tan is the principal consultant and Chief Executive Officer of KLSCC group. He holds a B.Sc (Elmira College, New York), MBA (Ohio State Univ) and Ph.D (Akamai Univ) from U.S.A. He has more than 25 years of experience in consulting, banking, strategic planning and training. He has held the position of Senior Corporate Planner for one of the leading commercial banks in Malaysia. As a manager with Andersen Consulting, he played a key role in building up the Change Management practice in Kuala Lumpur. 

Dr. Victor S.L. Tan is a powerful and dynamic speaker. He has won several public speaking championships from the Institute of Bankers Malaysia and has also won the Phi Beta Kappa Award, the highest academic honors given for overall achievement for universities in U.S.A. He is a prolific writer who has more than 450 of his management articles published based on his experience as a management practitioner as well as an international consultant.  His articles have appeared in The Banker’s Journal, Malaysian Business, The New Straits Times, The STAR, The Executive Today and the Malaysian Tatler. 

Victor is the author of 6 management bestsellers namely; Change To Win, Changing Mindsets, Releasing Trapped Minds, Changing Your Corporate Culture, The Change Wizards and The Secret Of Change. All these books have been to many reprints and have also been translated into Bahasa Malaysia. Some of his books have been used as resource materials for MBA program in Malaysian Institute Of Management. His latest book, The Secret of Change has been accepted by the Malaysia Book Of Records as the First Motivation Book In Rhymes.
